ATEX COMPACT AIR HOISTS - TCR3000 TCR6000

SPARK RESISTANT (ATEX CAT 2 CENELEC ZONE 1 & 2)

A comprehensive range of quality pneumatic hoists suitable for both industrial and marine environments. They are particularly suited to environments where there is a risk of explosion due to inflammable gases or where the duty is onerous. Red Rooster pneumatic hoists comply with the European Machinery Directive and are CE marked.

OPTIONS Marine specification - plated chain, marine paint. Corrosion resistant - Special paint systems, stainless steel chain & hooks. Chain collectors (P.V.C., galvanised or stainless steel). Choice of pendant types. FEATURES Toku rotary vane motor. Robust epicyclic gearbox (grease filled and sealed). Choice of pull cord or pendant control. Mechanical, paddle action upper and lower limit switches. Cast steel housing. Variable speed. Internal silencing. Carbon steel swivel hooks with safety catches. Load chain of European manufacture (DIN5684). Automatic adjustable load limiter.

For hose lengths in excess of 10 metres, diameter should be increased. All models operate at pressures down to 4 bar but speeds will be significantly reduced at lower pressures.
